Management Trainee Sales (ICT Solutions)

As a Management Trainee Sales, you will represent the face of our company, playing a key role in driving sustainable financial growth through increased sales, long-term customer relationships and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate leads through multiple channels, including digital platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Independently approach prospective clients and present our full range of ICT solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on client interactions and coordinate activities.
- Prepare client reports and presentations as needed.
- Account management and engagement activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Candidate Profile:
- A dynamic, outgoing personality with a flair for building relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Age below 30 years.
- Assertive, flexible, and proactive with strong initiative.
- Undergraduates with strong extracurricular achievements are encouraged to apply.
- Marketing /sales qualifications or certifications will be an added advantage, Interest in Technology will be beneficial (part or fully qualified in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, etc.).
